New Tool Announcement! Hexagon Absolute 7-Axis CMM Arm

We’ve added a new tool to our ever growing list of capabilities!

This tool is the Hexagon Absolute 7-Axis CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Arm. It offers incredibly precise and efficient 3D measurement and inspection of complex parts. Capable of tactile probing or non-contact scanning, this CMM arm is able to take our quality control and engineering of parts to the next level!

Equipped with advanced sensors, it captures detailed geometric data with high accuracy, enabling rapid prototyping, quality control and reverse engineering. With this tool we are able to import a parts 3D CAD model and scan to compare to the actual manufactured part to quickly and easily confirm that all measurements meet our customers specific tolerances.

Alternatively, we can also use the non-contact scanning to be able to easily create 3D models of parts to efficiently begin the prototyping phase of new parts brought to us by customers.

The arm comes with a portable base which means that when prototyping new parts we can transport the arm easily to the machine that is producing the part and quickly confirm that the prototyped parts meet specifications.
