Step1: Robotic Wash Bay

At Lean Machine we are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve our processes on the shop floor. At our Powder Coating facility we have our robotic wash bay. This allows for a safe and efficient method of cleaning our parts prior to the powder coating process. The wash bay process introduces chemicals that can be dangerous to come in contact with so we developed a system where robot arms are programmed to automatically spray down carts of parts that have been hung for powder coating, all while keeping our team safe from the chemicals used in the washing process.
