We utilize CNC Laser technology that allows us to cut a variety of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts. Mild steel cutting capacity is 120 inches (3048 mm) x 60 inches (1524 mm) x 1 inch (25.4 mm) thickness of material. Stainless steel cutting capacity is 120 inches (3048 mm) x 60 inches (1524 mm) x 5/8 inch (15.8 mm) thickness of material. Laser cutting is the most accurate way to cut material and can hold a 0.004” tolerance. We also have strict visual quality standards for the parts coming out of our laser cutting department.
