Pipe Fittings

Connecting pipes seems like a simple task, but there are several ways to do it depending on application needs.  Pipes can be welded or threaded together; also, special fittings like Victaulic connections can be used.  Lean Machine has many different fittings, from 1/2" up to 5" diameters available in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.  Common sizes are in stock with a same-day turnaround and many custom configurations can be accommodated with a two-week lead time.

Here are some pipe fittings coming out of the machining process being quality checked for accuracy.  The ones in front are Vic groove x threaded.  The fittings in the background are Vic groove x weld bevel.  If you zoom in you get a neat shot of a Lean Machine production work order.
